Arms 2/27/2026
Another great arm workouts in the books. Here is the workout:
- Machine Dips: 3 sets to failure.
- Rope Pushdowns: 3 sets near failure.
- Rope OH Extensiions: 3 sets to failure.
- Ez curls: 3 sets to failure.
- Hammer Strength preacher curls: 3 sets to failure.
- Seated DB curls: 3 sets to failure.
- Wrist roller: 3 sets.
- Sled sprints / HIIT: 8 reps.
- Elliptical 15 minutes.
I love how good this felt. I need to start adding back my otehr forrearm work.
My weight this morning was 184.9 at 10%.
Total steps yesterday was 15,843.
