Another great arm workouts in the books. Here is the workout:

  • Machine Dips: 3 sets to failure.
  • Rope Pushdowns: 3 sets near failure.
  • Rope OH Extensiions: 3 sets to failure.
  • Ez curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Hammer Strength preacher curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Seated DB curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Wrist roller: 3 sets.
  • Sled sprints / HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 15 minutes.

I love how good this felt. I need to start adding back my otehr forrearm work.

My weight this morning was 184.9 at 10%.

Total steps yesterday was 15,843.
