Legs 2/28/2026
Another great leg workout. Here is the workout!
- warmup leg extensions: 3 sets, all bilateral.
- Hack Squat: 3 working sets. The weight was up 10 lbs today .. for the last set.
- Front Squats: 2 sets. Weight was up but not enough reps.
- Superset: Bilateral extensions + Sissy squats: 3 sets of each to failure.
- Horiz leg press, unliteral: 1 sets for 13 rep.
- Seated leg curls; 2 sets to failure.
- Standing leg curls: 2 sets in the 10 reps to failure.
- Giant set: Calves, abs, adductors: 3 ests each.
I was still and a bit sore when I started today. It wokred out but a bit of a surprise that I felt off at the start.
Weight this morning as 185.6 pounds.
Total steps yesterday was 16.199.
