Chest & Shoulders 3/2/2026
I took the day off yesterday and felt super fresh today. This was a great chest and shoulder workout. I had agood pump and felt the target muscles working. Here is the full workout:
- 15° incline cable press: 3 sets to failure.Weight was up today.
- Hammer Strength chest press: 3 sets to failure.
- Pec Deck: 3 sets to failure.
- Standing cable squeezing press: 2 sets to failure.
- Hammer Strenght OH press: 3 sets to failure.
- Superset: True side lateral + cable rev fly: 5 sets to failure.
- Echo bike HIIT: 8 reps.
- Elliptical for 20 minutes.
Yes, this felt amazing. Its arnold week .. I am getting pumped with thinking about it.
My body weight this morning was 186.9 with 16.8 pounds of fat.
My step count yesterday was 8,762.
