Back & Light Legs 3/3/2026

Today was a back and a light leg pump day. Here is the workout:

  • Pulldowns, wide grip: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: Iso Low Row + cable pullovers: 3 sets of each to failure.
  • Superset: Iso High row + unliteral leg textensios 5x5s both for 2 sets. Extensions were short of failure.
  • Superset: t-bar rows + unliteral horizontal like press. 2 sets of each all to failure. Leg Press was short of failure.
  • Giant set: abs, KOT, jumping, setated leg curls and rev cable: 3 sets.
  • elliptical 20 minutes

This was about an hour in length but really hit the target muscles. great pump too.

Weight today was 185.6 with 16.7 pounds of total fat.

Step count yesterday was 16,918.
