Chest & Shoulders 2/4/2026

Super workout today. Everyting felt smooth and the target fibers felt worked. Here is the full workout:

  • 17° incline cable press: 4 sets to failure.
  • 11° Include DB press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Pec Deck: 3 sets to failure.
  • Cable Squeezing press: 1 sets to failure.
  • True OH press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: Cable side lateral + Face pull: 5 sets to failure.
  • Echo bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 20 minutes.

Wow, this was great. Super pump too.

My body weight this morning was 189.5 pounds

My step count yesterday was 16,192.
