Back 2/5/2026

Godo back workout today. I dropped the volume today but still found it to be stimulating. Here is the workout:

  • True seated row: 3 sets to failure.
  • One arm pulldown: 3 sets to failure.
  • Hammer strenght high row: 3 sets to failure.
  • Giant set: abs, KOT, leg extensions, jumping and rev cable: 3 sets.
  • elliptical 25 minutes

Not bad .. I think I should have done one more row exercise but this worked.

Weight today was 190.9 lbs.

Step count yesterday was 16,301.
