Arms 2/6/2026

I scheduled my blood test for an upcoming annual check-up. The test was today at 8A so I was fasting. I have not workout fasting for a while. That was not a problem. I still used arm day to pump blood into my elbow and didn't lift heavy. Here is the workout:

  • Rope Pushdowns: 6 sets each in the 20 rep range.
  • Machine dips: 3 sets. in the 10 rep range.
  • Seated True curls: 4 sets in the 10 rep range.
  • True preacher curls: 4 sets in the 10 to 12 rep range.
  • Bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 25 minutes.

This felt great and the blood test went well. I should have results tomorrow.

My weight this morning was 190.4.

Total steps yesterday was 13,764.
