Legs 3/10/2026

I went a little lower on the reps and higher on the weight tedoay. Sure felt great. Here is the workout!

  • warmup leg extensions and leg curls: 2 sets, all bilateral.
  • Hack Squat: 2 working sets. took the weight up and reps in the 8 rep range today.
  • Smith Squats: 2 sets. Good depth and lower reps today.
  • Superset: Bilateral extensions + Sissy squats: 2 sets of each to failure.
  • Horiz leg press, unliteral: 1 sets for 12 rep.
  • Seated leg curls; 2 sets to failure.
  • Standing leg curls: 2 sets in the 10 reps to failure.
  • Giant set: Calves, abs, adductors: 3 ests each.

My legs feel well worked. I took the dogs for a walk after this workout. More weight and lower reps is less fatiging

Weight this morning as 187.3 amd fat was 16.9 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 18.548.
