Back & Light Legs 3/12/2026

I should have do my deadlifts last Saturday but I was at the arnold so this was deadlift day. Here is the full workout.

  • Trap bar deadlift: 2 sets of 5 at 305 pounds. This felt great.
  • I alternated in 3 sets of unlateral leg extension between DL sets. These were 5 reps left then right for 5 rounds each time.
  • Supersets: Wide grip cable pulldowns + cable pullovers: 3 sets of each to failure.
  • Superset: Unliteral low rows + Hoz Leg Press: 3 sets each. I went to failure on the rows but not on the leg presss.
  • Superset: Wide grip t-bar rows + lying leg curls: 3 sets of each to failure.
  • Giant set: abs, knees over toes, jumping and rear delt cables. 3 sets.
  • Elliptical for 25 minutes.

This was a super workout and my energy levels were great too.

My weight this morning was 186.5 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 15,526.
