Legs 3/14/2026
I didn't get a good night of sleep but after a drink of KetoneIQ and 2 drops of methane blue I absolutely killed this workout. Here is the workout!
- Seated leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
- RDL: 3 sets at 310. it was 4,5,5.
- Lying leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
- Leg Press: 2 set at 6 - 7 reps.
- Superset: bilateral leg extensions + sissy squats: 2 sets of each. The extensions were to failure in the 11 - 12 rep range.
- Giant set: abs + calves + adductors: 3 sets.
- Elliptical: 15 minutes.
This started slow but I pushed through. Super great pump.
Weight this morning as 187.2 with 16.9 poundsm of fat. Thats low 9% and its dropping.
Total steps yesterday was 15,509.
