Back & Light Legs

I put in deadlifts today but it was not perfect. Here is the full workout.

  • Trap bar deadlift: 2 sets - one of 4 and one of 2 at 310 pounds. It was a slow start today. Supersetted this with unlateral leg extension. These were 5 reps left then right for 5 rounds each time.
  • Superset: Yates rows + cable pullovers: 3 sets of each to failure.
  • Superset: Hammer high rows + Hoz Leg Press: 3 sets each. I went to failure on the rows but not on the leg presss.
  • Superset: Assisted neutral grip chins + seated leg curls: 2 sets of each to failure.
  • Superset: seated wide grip cable rows + lying leg curls: 2 sets of each to failure.
  • Giant set: abs, knees over toes, jumping and rear delt cables. 3 sets.
  • Elliptical for 25 minutes.

This started slow but it was a great workout. Super pump and everthing felt great.

My weight this morning was 187.6 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 15,945.
