Back & Low Volume legs 3/22/2026

I didn't do deadlifts today but the back effort was great. Here is the workout:

  • I'll call this a superset .. but I really just went back and forth between chest supported rows to failure and unliteral leg extensions for 5x5s. 3 sets of each.


  • Cable high rows: 3 sets to failure.

  • Unliteral horizonal leg press (near failure, 15 rep range).


  • Pulldowns, wide grip: 3 sets to failure.

  • Seated leg curls. Near failure.


  • Superset: True Rows + cable pullovers both to failure for 3 sets.

  • Giant set: abs, KOT, jumping, setated leg curls and rev cable: 3 sets.

  • elliptical 25 minutes

Excellent workot and a great pump today.

Weight today was 187.0 with 16.8 pounds of total fat.

Step count yesterday was 17,520.
