Arms 3/23/2026

Today was arms but before I get into the workout I wanted to share a planed change. I am going back to an upper/lower split for a while. I don't know how long but I am ready for a change. More on that soon, but it starts tomorrow.

Now for todays Arm workout:

  • Machine Dips: 3 sets to failure.
  • EZ Bar Pushdowns: 3 sets failure.
  • EZ Bar OH Extensiions: 3 sets to failure.
  • EZ Curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Hammer Strength preacher curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Cable curls: 3 sets to failure with a drop on the last set.
  • Wrist curls (both ways) 3 set each.
  • Wrist roller: 3 sets.
  • Sled sprints / HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical 20 minutes.

Great pump today. Arms are fun but I am not going to have a direct arm day for a while.

My weight this morning was 187.9 with 16.9 lbs of fat.

Total steps yesterday was 16,979.
