The volume was perfect today. Here is the workotu:

  • 12 low incline cable bench. 2 sets to failure.
  • True rows: 2 sets to failure.

  • Hammer Strength seated press: 2 sets to failure.
  • Hammer Strength high row: 2 sets to failure.

  • Pec Deck: 2 sets to failure.
  • Superset Neutral grip assisted chins + cable pullovers: 2 sets each to failure.

  • Hammer StrengthOH Press: 2 sets to failure.
  • Abs: 2 sets.
  • Cable reverse lateral: 2 set to failure.
  • Hammer Strength precher curls: 2 set to failure.

  • Seated DB side lateral: 2 sets to failure.
  • Tri pushdown for 1 set then Tri OH extension.

  • Bike HIIT: 8 reps
  • elliptical 20 minutes.

This felt great. The volume was perfect and I took just over 1 hour to complete. I think I need a little more rest between sets on some of the early working sets.

Weight today was 187.2 with 16.8 pounds of total fat. 9% today!

Step count yesterday was 16,141
