Lower 3/28/2026

Lower body today. I was feeling some odd sorness in my lower back so I started a little slower. Here is the workout!

Pair 1:

  • Trap Bar DL: I didn't pkush it today .. just 3 sets at less weight. 140, 230 and 285.
  • unliteral leg extensiosn: 3 sets of 5x5 for each leg.

Pair 2:

  • Smith Squats: 3 sets focus on depth.
  • Seated leg curls for 3 sets.

Pair 3:

  • Unliteral horizional leg press 2 aets each leg.
  • Unliteral standing leg curls: 2 sets each

Pair 4:

  • seated calves: 3 sets.

  • light aductors: 3 sets.


  • Elliptical: 20 minutes.

Good workout. My back felt great after squats but I didn't push hared today.

Weight this morning as 188.7 with 15.1 poundsm of fat.

Total steps yesterday was 16,993.
