Legs 3/5/2026
Solid and intense leg workout today. It was ham focused but a total leg killer. Here is the workout!
- Seated leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
- RDL: 3 sets at 305 x 5.
- Lying leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
- Leg Press: 1 warmup then 2 set at 12 reps.
- Superset: Unliteral Leg Extensions + sissy squats: 1 sets to failure. The leg extension were 5 by 5 left / right.
- Superset: Bilateral Leg Extensions + sissy squats: 1 sets to failure.
- Giant set: abs + calves + adductors: 3 sets.
- Elliptical: 15 minutes.
Super great pump.
Weight this morning as 185.6 pounds.
Total steps yesterday was 14,904.
