Legs 3/5/2026

Solid and intense leg workout today. It was ham focused but a total leg killer. Here is the workout!

  • Seated leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • RDL: 3 sets at 305 x 5.
  • Lying leg curls: 3 sets to failure.
  • Leg Press: 1 warmup then 2 set at 12 reps.
  • Superset: Unliteral Leg Extensions + sissy squats: 1 sets to failure. The leg extension were 5 by 5 left / right.
  • Superset: Bilateral Leg Extensions + sissy squats: 1 sets to failure.
  • Giant set: abs + calves + adductors: 3 sets.
  • Elliptical: 15 minutes.

Super great pump.
