Chest & Shoulders 2/6/2026

Today is the big day .. The Arnold Expo. I am going to the strongman and strongwoemn events. I am supper excited but let's get to todays pump. Here is the workout:

  • 12° incline smith press: 3 sets to failure.
  • True press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Decline DB fly: 3 sets to failure.
  • Cable Squeezing press: 2 sets to failure.
  • Smith OH press: 3 sets to failure.
  • Superset: cable side laterals + DB rev fly: 5 sets to failure.
  • Echo bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 10 minutes.

I am going to pack ... but great pump today.

My body weight this morning was 185.4 pounds.

My step count yesterday was 14,539.
