Lower 4/10/2026

Today was a lower body day and the focus was on unliteral work. Here is the workout:

  • Leg Press: nothing heavy but 2 solid sets.

  • Unliteral leg extensions: 2 sets of 5x5.
  • Unliteral horizonal leg press: 2 sets to failure.
  • Seated leg curls: 2 sets to failure.
  • Lying leg curls: 2 sets to failure.
  • Seated calves: 2 sets to failure.
  • Adductors: 2 sets to failrue.

Great workout.

Weight this morning was 184.9 at 14.8 pounds of fat.

Steps yesterday was 16,613.
