Upper 4/9/2026
This was a good workout. It was the first noraml workout .. I mean it felt normal and near my last weights. Here is the workout:
- Cable Bench at a low incline: 2 sets.
- True Roe: 2 sets.
- Hammer Strength seated press: 2 sets.
- High Row: 2 sets.
- Decline fly: 2 sets.
- Superset: Ass't pullups + Cable pullover: 2 sets each.
- Smith Machine OH press: 2 sets.
- Abs: 2 sets.
- Cable rev fly: 2 sets.
- Hammer preacher curls: 2 sets.
- Cable side laterals: 2 sets.
- Rope push down: 2 sets.
- Bike HIIT: 8 reps.
- Ellipical: 15 min.
This really felt good. Not to get the weight right.
Weight today was 186.0 with 16.7 pounds of fat.
Steps yesterday was 19,250.
