Upper 4/9/2026

This was a good workout. It was the first noraml workout .. I mean it felt normal and near my last weights. Here is the workout:

  • Cable Bench at a low incline: 2 sets.
  • True Roe: 2 sets.

  • Hammer Strength seated press: 2 sets.
  • High Row: 2 sets.

  • Decline fly: 2 sets.
  • Superset: Ass't pullups + Cable pullover: 2 sets each.

  • Smith Machine OH press: 2 sets.
  • Abs: 2 sets.

  • Cable rev fly: 2 sets.
  • Hammer preacher curls: 2 sets.

  • Cable side laterals: 2 sets.
  • Rope push down: 2 sets.

  • Bike HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Ellipical: 15 min.

    This really felt good. Not to get the weight right.

    Weight today was 186.0 with 16.7 pounds of fat.

    Steps yesterday was 19,250.
