Lower 4/8/2026

Today was a lower boday day. I was still not back to normal strenght levels but it was a completre workout. Here is the workout!

  • Wamrups: 2 sets of leg extensions + 2 sets of seated leg curls.


  • Hack sqauats: 4 sets but not to failure.

  • RDL: 4 sets, working up to a 285x5.


  • Leg extensions +. sissy squat; 2 sets of each.

  • Seated leg curls for 2 sets.


  • Unliteral horizional leg press 1 aets each leg.

  • Lying leg curls: 1 sets each


  • seated calves: 3 sets.

  • Aductors: 3 sets.


  • Elliptical: 20 minutes.

Excellent workout today.

Weight this morning as 185.6 with 16.7 poundsm of fat.

Total steps yesterday was 13.585
