Today was a lower boday day. I was still not back to normal strenght levels but it was a completre workout. Here is the workout!
Wamrups: 2 sets of leg extensions + 2 sets of seated leg curls.
Hack sqauats: 4 sets but not to failure.
RDL: 4 sets, working up to a 285x5.
Leg extensions +. sissy squat; 2 sets of each.
Seated leg curls for 2 sets.
Unliteral horizional leg press 1 aets each leg.
Lying leg curls: 1 sets each
seated calves: 3 sets.
Aductors: 3 sets.
Elliptical: 20 minutes.
Excellent workout today.
Weight this morning as 185.6 with 16.7 poundsm of fat.
Total steps yesterday was 13.585
