  • Cable High Row: 2 sets.

  • Pec Deck: 2 sets.
  • Pull down, wide: 2 sets.

  • Smith Machine OH press: 2 sets.
  • Abs: 2 sets.

  • Cable side lateral: 2 sets.
  • Hammer preacher curls: 2 sets.

  • Cable rev laterals: 2 sets.
  • Rope OH extension: 2 sets.

  • Sled HIIT: 8 reps.
  • Ellipical: 20 min.

    Overall this was great. I am still feeling weaker but that is likely diet related.

    Weight today was 184.9 with 14.8 pounds of fat.

    Steps yesterday was 11,593.
