- Chest supported DB rows: 2 sets.
- True seated press: 2 sets.
- Cable High Row: 2 sets.
- Pec Deck: 2 sets.
- Pull down, wide: 2 sets.
- Smith Machine OH press: 2 sets.
- Abs: 2 sets.
- Cable side lateral: 2 sets.
- Hammer preacher curls: 2 sets.
- Cable rev laterals: 2 sets.
- Rope OH extension: 2 sets.
- Sled HIIT: 8 reps.
- Ellipical: 20 min.
Overall this was great. I am still feeling weaker but that is likely diet related.
Weight today was 184.9 with 14.8 pounds of fat.
