Lower 4/13/2026

I started the week with lower boday today. This sure felt good. Here is the workout!

  • Smith squat: 4 sets, but the 1st two were warm-up.

  • Leg extensions +. sissy squat; 2 sets of each.

  • Seated leg curls for 3 sets.

  • Lying leg curls: 2 sets each

  • Hack Squats: 1 set to near failure.

  • Leg press calves: 3 sets.

  • Adductors: 3 sets.

  • Elliptical: 20 minutes.

This was a solid workout. The weights are still low but it felt solid.

Weight this morning as 183.1 with 14.6 poundsm of fat.

Total steps yesterday was 19,190
