Lower 4/13/2026
I started the week with lower boday today. This sure felt good. Here is the workout!
Smith squat: 4 sets, but the 1st two were warm-up.
Leg extensions +. sissy squat; 2 sets of each.
Seated leg curls for 3 sets.
Lying leg curls: 2 sets each
Hack Squats: 1 set to near failure.
Leg press calves: 3 sets.
Adductors: 3 sets.
Elliptical: 20 minutes.
This was a solid workout. The weights are still low but it felt solid.
Weight this morning as 183.1 with 14.6 poundsm of fat.
Total steps yesterday was 19,190
