Lower 4/15/2026

Today was a lower boday workout .. and it was a killer. Here is the workout!

  • Hack Squats: 3 sets .. the first was really a warmmup with no added weight, but set 2 and 3 were good working sets.
  • RDL's I did 3 warmups and 2 working sets.

  • Superset Leg extensions + Sissy squats for 2 sets each.

  • Seated leg curls + Hyper extensions for 2 sets each.

  • Unliteral horizional leg press (17 reps 1 RIR).
  • Standing leg curls. 9 rep to failure.

  • Seated Leg toe raise: 3 sets.
  • Aductors: 3 sets.

  • Elliptical: 15 minutes.

Yes, this was a killer workout. Good volume and a great pump.

Weight this morning as 181.9 with 16.4 poundsm of fat.

Total steps yesterday was 15,493.
