- Hammer Strength OH Press: 2 sets to failure.
- Abs: 2 sets.
- Cable reverse fly: 2 set to failure.
- Ture preacher curls: 2 set to failure.
- cable side laterals : 2 sets to failure.
- Tri OH Extensions: 2 sets to failure.
- Reverse DB fly: 1 set to failure.
- elliptical 20 minutes.
A good workout today. Felt great.
