Back to lower boday today. This was a good workout and I am sore. Here is the workout!

  • Warmup on leg extensions & Leg curls: 2 sets each. <>br>
  • Leg Press: 1 warmup and 3 wokrkotu sets.
  • Lying leg curls: 1 warmiup and 3 working sets.

  • Superset Leg extensions + Sissy squats for 3 sets each.

  • Seated leg curls + Hyper extensions for 3 sets each.

  • Seated Leg toe raise: 3 sets.
  • Aductors: 3 sets.

  • Elliptical: 20 minutes.

Another killer leg workout. Good volume and a great pump.

Weight this morning as 182.5 with 14.6 poundsm of fat.

Total steps yesterday was 15,435.
