Upper 4/18/2026
I had a great workout today. It was an upper day so lets just get to the numbers:
- Incline machine press: 2 sets.
- Low row machine: 2 sets.
- Low incline DB press: 2 sets.
- Hammer Strength High Row: 2 sets.
- Deline fly: 2 sets.
- Superset: Pull down + cable pullover: 2 sets each.
- Smith Machine OH press: 2 sets.
- Abs: 2 sets.
- Ture side lateral: 2 sets.
- EZ curls: 2 sets.
- Cable rev laterals: 2 sets.
- Cable pushdown: 2 sets.
- Sled HIIT: 8 reps.
- Ellipical: 15 min.
This was great and I was super happy with my effort. I added protein to take my daily intake to 180g .. that seemed to be super good for me. Blood pressure went down, higher energy ... feels great.
Weight today was 182.3 with 12.8 pounds of fat.
Steps yesterday was 15,660.
