Wow, this was a great leg workout. I am sore and will be for a while. Here is the workout!
- Smith squat: 2 warmups + 3 working sets
- RDL 3 warmups then 3 working sets.
- Leg extensions + sissy squat: 2 sets of each.
- Unliteral leg extensions + sissy squeats for 1 set.
- Seated leg curls + Hyper extensions: 3 sets each.
- seated calves: 3 sets.
- Adductors: 3 sets.
- unliteral horizonal leg press for 1 set.
- Elliptical: 20 minutes.
I can't say enough about this workout. It was a little long but my legs are shot.
Weight this morning as 183.1 with 14.6 poundsm of fat.
Total steps yesterday was 10,940.
