Wow, this was a great leg workout. I am sore and will be for a while. Here is the workout!

  • Smith squat: 2 warmups + 3 working sets
  • RDL 3 warmups then 3 working sets.
  • Leg extensions + sissy squat: 2 sets of each.
  • Unliteral leg extensions + sissy squeats for 1 set.
  • Seated leg curls + Hyper extensions: 3 sets each.
  • seated calves: 3 sets.
  • Adductors: 3 sets.
  • unliteral horizonal leg press for 1 set.
  • Elliptical: 20 minutes.

I can't say enough about this workout. It was a little long but my legs are shot.

Weight this morning as 183.1 with 14.6 poundsm of fat.

Total steps yesterday was 10,940.
