Lower body today and it was solid. Here is the workout!
I did a couple sets of leg extensions and leg curls as a warmjp.
Hack squat: warmups then 2 working sets.
Seated leg curls: warmups tehn 2 working sets.
Leg Press unliteral: 1 set each leg.
Seated leg curls: 1 set.
Leg Extensions + Sissy squats: 3 sets each.
Lying leg curls + Hyper extensions for 3 sets each.
LP calves: 3 sets.
Adductors: 3 sets.
Elliptical: 20 minutes.
This was a super solid leg workout.
Weight this morning as 180.7 with 14.5 pounds of fat.
Total steps yesterday was 11,962.
