Lower 4/22/2026

Lower body today and it was solid. Here is the workout!

  • I did a couple sets of leg extensions and leg curls as a warmjp.


  • Hack squat: warmups then 2 working sets.

  • Seated leg curls: warmups tehn 2 working sets.


  • Leg Press unliteral: 1 set each leg.

  • Seated leg curls: 1 set.


  • Leg Extensions + Sissy squats: 3 sets each.

  • Lying leg curls + Hyper extensions for 3 sets each.

  • LP calves: 3 sets.

  • Adductors: 3 sets.

  • Elliptical: 20 minutes.

This was a super solid leg workout.

Weight this morning as 180.7 with 14.5 pounds of fat.

Total steps yesterday was 11,962.
