The gym was busy today but I still had a great workout. Here is the workout for today:

  • 12° incline cable bench. 2 sets to failure.
  • True rows: 2 sets to failure.

  • True seated bench: 2 sets to failure.
  • Unliteral high row: 2 sets to failure.

  • Declone fly: 2 sets to failure.
  • Pulldown: 2 sets each to failure.

  • Hammer Strength OH Press: 2 sets to failure.
  • Abs: 2 sets.
  • Cable side laterals: 2 set to failure.
  • Ture preacher curls: 2 set to failure.

  • cable rev laterals : 2 sets to failure.
  • Tri pushdowns: 2 sets to failure.

  • elliptical 20 minutes.

What a great workout. It was time efficient too.

Weight today was 180.7 with 14.5 pounds of total fat.

Step count yesterday was 15,869.
