The gym was busy today but I still had a great workout. Here is the workout for today:
- 12° incline cable bench. 2 sets to failure.
- True rows: 2 sets to failure.
- True seated bench: 2 sets to failure.
- Unliteral high row: 2 sets to failure.
- Declone fly: 2 sets to failure.
- Pulldown: 2 sets each to failure.
- Hammer Strength OH Press: 2 sets to failure.
- Abs: 2 sets.
- Cable side laterals: 2 set to failure.
- Ture preacher curls: 2 set to failure.
- cable rev laterals : 2 sets to failure.
- Tri pushdowns: 2 sets to failure.
- elliptical 20 minutes.
What a great workout. It was time efficient too.
Weight today was 180.7 with 14.5 pounds of total fat.
Step count yesterday was 15,869.
