Lower 4/29/2026

It was a lower body day. I was still sore so I didn't push it to failure. Here is the workout!

  • leg extensions + Leg curls: 5 sets each. <>br>
  • Leg Press: 3 sets.
  • Lyuing leg curls: 3 sets

  • LP toe raise: 3 sets.
  • Aductors: 3 sets.

  • Treadmill: 26 minutes.

This was good .. nothing to hard but let me get in a good workout.

Weight this morning as 178.4 with 12.5 poundsm of fat.

Total steps yesterday was 15,340.
