Quads & Calves 5/15/2026

I was not ready for quads when I woke up. I went to the gym and started moving .. my mind showed up! It the day was great workout. Here is the workout:

  • Smith machine squats: 6 sets. I used more weight but only for sets of 8 to 10. I wanted 12 reps.
  • Hack squat: 4 sets in the 8 rep range. I still need to get this to 12.
  • Leg Extensions: 6 sets in the 12 rep range.
  • Standing calves: 5 sets in the 20 rep range.
  • Seated calves: 5 sets in the 15 to 20 rep range.
  • Adductors: 5 sets in the 15 to 20 rep range.

My quads were shot after this. Super sore too.

My weight today was 178.9 with 14.3 pounds of fat.

Step count yesterday was 15,368.
