Shoulders 5/16/2026

The last day of the week .. shoulder day. My quads are still sore but the soulders were ready for work. Here is the shoulder workout from today.

  • Cable reverse laterals: 5 sets of 12.
  • Rev pec deck: 5 sets 10.
  • Side lateral machines: 5 sets of 10.
  • Cable side laterals: 5 sets of 10.
  • Smith OH press: 5 sets of 8.
  • Face pulls: 5 sets of 10.
  • Bike HIIT for 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 15 minutes

Prefect workout for shoulders. Not I have to plan for next week. I think I will keep the volume for at least a week more and maybe 2.

My weight this morning was 180.4 with 14.4 lbs of fat.

Total steps yesterday was 18,271.
