Chest & Abs 5/18/2026

I did 30 sets for chest today .. that is nuts. Here is the workout:

  • Smith bench at a low incilne: One warmiup and then 6 working sets. I tried to stay in the 10 rep range all day.
  • Hammer bench: Six sets in the 10 rep range.
  • Pec Deck: ONe again, in the 10 rep range for 6 sets.
  • Cable press: Six sets in the 10 rep range.
  • True Press: This finished off the volume at six sets at 10 reps each.
  • Abs: I did 6 sets for abs to finsih it off.
  • Bike HIIT for 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 15 minutes

Good volume and a great pump today.

My weight this morning was 180.4 with 14.4 lbs of fat.

Total steps yesterday was 10,697. Family activities kept my step count low yesterday.
