Arms 5/20/2026

Today was arms and I really like having arms in the middle of the weak. It breaks. it up nicely. Here is the workout:

  • Machine dips: 5 sets of 12.
  • Push downs: 5 sets of 12.
  • OH Extensionsa; 5 sets of 10.
  • True seated curls: 5 sets of 8 to 10. I seem to have trouble getting the weight right on these.
  • Hammer preacher curls; 5 sets .. used the Hammer machine today and like it muhc bettter.
  • Cable curls: 5 srts of 10 but again, need to find the best weight.
  • Forearm (both overhand and underhand): 5 sets of 15 each way.

  • Sled HIIT for 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 15 minutes.

My weight this morning was 179.7 pounds with 16.2 pounds of fat. That is odd but likely back to normal tomorrow.

I had a total of 16,874 steps yesterday.
