Back & Abs 5/21/2026

It was back day and I it it with 30 sets and then added 6 sets for abs. Here is the workout:

  • Chest supported DB rows: Six sets in the 10 to 12 range.
  • High Row: Five sets in the 10 to 12 rep ranges here too.
  • Pull down: 7 sets in the 10 to 12 range.
  • Unlateral true row: 6 sets in the 10 to 12 ranage.
  • t-bar bow: 6 sets of 10 to 12 rep range.
  • Abs for 6 sets.
  • elliptical for 15 minutes.

Lots of volume. I guess I can't count .. I finished the high rows and after unloading the machine I realized I had only done 5 sets so I added one set to the pulldowns.

My weight this morning was 180.6 with 16.3 lbs of fat.

Total steps yesterday was 15,649.
