Quads & Calves 5/22/2026

I was a little apprehensive about quads but I killed it. I even added a couple sets. Here is the workout:

  • Smith machine squats: 6 sets. All setrs were at 10 - 11. I still want 12.
  • Hack squat: 5 sets in the 8 rep range.
  • Unliteral Horz leg press: 3 sets of 12 reps. A killer.
  • Leg Extensions: 6 sets in the 12 rep range.
  • Seated calves: 5 sets in the 20 rep range.
  • Standing calves: 5 sets in the 15 to 20 rep range.
  • Adductors: 5 sets in the 15 to 20 rep range.

I need to consider moving calves to the start of the workout. It is really a difficult task to do them after quads.

My weight today was 180.3 with 16.2 pounds of fat.

Step count yesterday was 16,662.
