Back & Abs 5/28/2026
My strength appears to be increasing or I am adapting .. either way, gains are back. Here is the workout:
- Chest supported DB rows: Six sets in the 10 to 12 range.
- High Row: Six sets in the 11 to 12 rep ranges here too.
- Pull down: 6 sets in the 12 to 13 range.
- Unlateral true row: 6 sets of 12 reps.
- t-bar bow: 6 sets of 12 reps.
- Abs for 6 sets.
- elliptical for 15 minutes.
Lots of volume but feeling great. The pump was good but the feeling in the lats was outstanding.
My weight this morning was 182.2 with 16.4 lbs of fat.
Total steps yesterday was 15,777.
