Quads & Calves 5/29/2026

I didn't sleep great last night but a little caffine and I was ready to kill it. It turned out to be another great workout. Here is the workout:

  • Smith machine squats: 6 sets. All setrs were at 10 - 12 except for one .. I only got 7 for that one.
  • Hack squat: 5 sets in the 8 rep range.
  • Unliteral Horz leg press: 4 sets of 10 - 11 reps. Weight was. up.
  • Leg Extensions: 6 sets in the 10 to 11 rep range but the weight was up. .
  • Seated calves: 5 sets in the 15 rep range.
  • Standing calves: 5 sets in the 15 to 20 rep range.
  • Adductors: 5 sets in the 15 to 20 rep range.

I still don't do calves first. My legs were toast today. I need to recover now.

My weight today was 181.9 with 16.4 pounds of fat.

Step count yesterday was 16,913.
