Arms 5/6/2026

Today was all about arms. It felt solid with no pain. Reps were in the 8 to 10 range with lots of volume and short rest periods.

  • Machine dips: 5 sets of 10.
  • Push downs: 5 sets of 10.
  • OH Extensionsa; 5 sets of 10.
  • True seated curls: 5 sets of 8 to 10.
  • True Preacher curls; 5 sets of 10.
  • Seated db curls: 5 srts of 10.
  • Forearm (both overhadn and underhand): 5 sets of 20 each way.

  • Elliptical for 20 minutes

My weight this morning was 177.4 with total fat at 12.4 lbs.

I had a total of 15,480 steps yesterday.
