Quads and Calves 5/8/2026

It was quad and calves today. I didn't excect so much soreness. My quads are killing me. Here is the workout:

  • Smith machine squats: 6 sets. of 10. I wanted 12 reps but it was not there. I did lower the weight a little too.
  • Leg Press: 5 sets in the 10 to 12 range.
  • Leg Extensions: 6 sets in the 12 - 15 rep range.
  • Standing calves: 4 sets in the 20 rep range.
  • Seated calves: 4 sets in the 15 to 20 rep range.
  • Adductors: 5 sets in the 15 to 20 rep range.

I was shot after this. A different kind of sorness.

My weight today was 177.8 with 12.4 pounds of fat.

Step count yesterday was 15,695.
