Chest & Abs 6/1/2026

It was chest and abs today. My strenght was up again and I am adapting to this volume. It felt great. Here is the workout:

  • Smith bench at a low incilne: One warmiup and then 6 working sets. I worked in the 9 to 11 rep range.
  • Hammer bench: Six sets in the 10 to 11 rep range.
  • Pec Deck: 6 sets in the 10 to 11 rep range.
  • Cable press: Six sets in the 10 to 12 rep range.
  • True Press: This felt amazing and the weight was up again. Six sets in of 11 to 13 reps.
  • Abs: 6 sets for abs to finsih it off.
  • Bike HIIT for 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 15 minutes

Serious volume and I almost added more. Yes, I did get a great pump.

My weight this morning was 183.6 with 16.5 lbs of fat.

Total steps yesterday was 16,451.
