Back & Abs 6/11/2026

Super good back workout today. Here is the workout:

  • Chest supported DB rows: Six sets in the 10 to 12 range. Same weight as last week.
  • High Row: Six sets in the 10 to 12 rep ranges but the weight was slightly up.
  • Pull down: 6 sets in the 10 to 12 range but the weight was up here too.
  • Unlateral true row: 6 sets of 10 to 12 reps but a 10 pound jump .
  • t-bar bow: 6 sets of 10 to 12 reps.
  • Abs for 8 sets.
  • Elliptical for 15 minutes.

This felt great. I am really focused on good form over adding weight.

My weight this morning was 185.4 pounds. The bodyfat was crazy low so I know it's still not right. Very odd.

Total steps yesterday was 19,609.
