Quads & Calves 6/12/2026
Quad day is such a head game. The anxity is real .. then I start and it turns on. Then the sorness starts. Here is the workout:
- Smith machine squats: 6 sets. All setrs were at 10 - 13 reps range.
- Hack squat: 6 sets in the 8 to 10 rep range.
- Unliteral Horz leg press: 4 sets of 10 - 11 rep range.
- Leg Extensions: 6 sets of] 10 - 11 rep range.
- Seated calves: 6 sets in the 15 tp 16 reps.
- Standing calves: 6 sets of 15 reps.
- Adductors: 6 sets in the 19 to 22 rep range.
Wow, waant a workout. I neeed to rest and recover, asap.
My weight today was 185.4 pounds. The scale said the fat was 9.3 pounds which is clearly not right.
Step count yesterday was 16,142.
