Arms 6/3/2026

I decided to take it to 20 sets each on arms. I will move there slowly so today was 17 each. Weigths were up today. Here is the workout:

  • Machine dips: 6 sets of 11 to 14.
  • Push downs: 5 sets of 10 to 12.
  • OH Extensionsa; 6 sets of 10 to 12.
  • True seated curls: 6 sets of 10 to 12.
  • Hammer preacher curls; 5 sets of 10 to 12.
  • Cable curls: 6 sets of 10 to 12.
  • Forearm (both overhand and underhand): 5 sets of 20 each way.

  • Roller for 2 sets.
  • Sled HIIT for 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 15 minutes.

My weight this morning was 182.0 pounds with 16.4 pounds of fat.

I had a total of 17,681 steps yesterday.
