Back & Abs 6/4/2026

I had a great back workout today with lots of volume. Here is the workout:

  • Chest supported DB rows: Six sets in the 10 to 12 range.
  • High Row: Six sets in the 11 to 12 rep ranges here too.
  • Pull down: 6 sets in the 10 to 12 range.
  • Unlateral true row: 6 sets of 11 to 12 reps.
  • t-bar bow: 6 sets of 10 to 12 reps.
  • Abs for 8 sets.
  • Elliptical for 15 minutes.

The weight was up again on everyting so strength is increasing.

My weight this morning was 184.8 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 12,542.
