Quads & Abs 6/5/2026
I was so ready to hit it today. It was quad day .. my favorite. Here is the workout:
- Smith machine squats: 6 sets. All setrs were at 9 - 11 reps.
- Hack squat: 6 sets in the 8 to 11 rep range.
- Unliteral Horz leg press: 4 sets of 12 - 13 reps.
- Leg Extensions: 6 sets of] 10 reps.
- Seated calves: 5 sets in the 15 to 20 reps.
- Standing calves: 5 sets of 15 reps.
- Adductors: 5 sets in the 15 to 20 rep range.
These left me very worked. I needed some food and recovery after this.
My weight today was 183.8 with 16.5 pounds of fat.
Step count yesterday was 17,921.
