Chest & Abs 6/8/2026

Today was chest and abs. It sure felt good. The workout was about 55 minutes for 30 sets of chest and 8 sets of abs. Great pump. Here is the workout:

  • Smith bench at a low incilne: One warmiup and then 6 working sets. I worked in the 9 to 11 rep range.
  • Hammer bench: Six sets in the 10 to 12 rep range.
  • Pec Deck: 6 sets in the 10 to 11 rep range.
  • Cable press: Six sets in the 10 to 12 rep range.
  • True Press: Six sets of 10 to 12 reps.
  • Abs: 8 sets for abs.
  • Sled HIIT for 8 reps.
  • Elliptical for 15 minutes

What a great pump today. The chest muscles felt it too.

My weight this morning was 183.4 pounds.

Total steps yesterday was 13,318.
