Pull Day for 7/8/2026

Today was Pull day, and it felt great. Here is the full breakdown of the workout:

  • Chest-supported DB rows: 3 sets of 8 to 9 reps. The last set was to failure at 65 pounds.
  • Cable high row: 3 sets. I started with the full stack for 9 reps, followed by a set at stack +15 for 7 reps, and finished with a set to failure at 9 reps.
  • Wide-grip, chest-supported T-bar row: 2 sets at 55 and 65 pounds, for 9 reps each.
  • Face pulls: 2 sets. I started at 11x11, then 120x9.
  • Seated preacher curls: 55 pounds for 6, then 7 reps. I will need to increase this weight.
  • Abs: 3 sets. Felt solid.
  • Elliptical: 20 minutes.

My weight this morning was 184.5 pounds with 14.8 pounds of fat. Total steps yesterday: 18,728.
