Pull Day 8/12/2026

A strong, well-developed back is the cornerstone of a powerful physique, essential for both aesthetic symmetry and functional strength. Today's pull day was dedicated to building that foundation, focusing on the heavy compound movements that truly transform your posterior chain. Here is today's lift:

  • Chest-supported DB rows: 2 sets starring with 75s with last set was to failure. Reps were up on the 1st set.
  • Cable high row: 2 sets with the full stack plus 15 with the last wet to failure. Reps were up 1 each.
  • Neutural grip chins: 2 sets to failure. I was only i the 5 range. It's been a while.
  • Wide-grip, chest-supported T-bar row: 2 sets. Same weight as last week but solid increase in reps.
  • Face pulls: 2 sets. 140 pounds. The last set was to failure.
  • Seated preacher curls: two sets with the last to failure.
  • Abs: 2 sets. Solid.
  • Elliptical: 20 minutes.

My weight this morning was about the same but the scale was not working. I'll replace the batteries today. Total steps yesterday: 16,135.
